We canvassed: – Reflections on #MeToo and what it might mean in the future
– Equal pay. Will we ever get there when women are still the carers?
– What can organisations, institutions and corporations do to change working culture for women (and men)?
– How can we encourage a changes in men’s behaviours towards accountability?
– How good has the AFL been for women? – our BugBears: naming social behaviours in others which marginalise, offend and discriminate against us
It was a fascinating conversation expertly facilitated by Sally. Audience participation was terrific as well. Many thanks to #StonningtonLibrary and #SpeakingOut for a vibrant evening of ‘taking a stick to the Patriarchy!’
