The Moroccan Soup Bar launched its self titled cookbook from its feisty and fabulous founder, Hana Assafiri tonight. 
To a packed out audience of family, friends and fans for life, this launch celebrated the food and ethic of MSB that become an icon of Melbourne’s hospitality scene with its unique ‘no meat, no alcohol, no menu’ routine. The ‘spoken menu’ of MSB is testimony to the intimacy this space exudes, inviting diners into a veritable dining room of the extended MSB family. 
The all-female staff from diverse backgrounds, represents the investment Hana has made in empowering women, nurturing an environment of respect, inclusion and independence.
