Netting Cultural Perspectives- a Sporting Chance

A terrific session this morning at Netball Australia, talking ‘Cultural Perspectives’. My talk followed an inspiring presentation from Ali Tucker. Congrats to @netballaust for making inroads with new and established diverse communities – bridging differences through sport, thereby building a more understanding society. Gender discrimination in this country is reinforced further by racial profiling of men and women of colour. The way we approach this at recruitment level and mitigate implicit bias, determines how workplace cultures evolve. There’s much work to be done, people.
