Conducted a Cultural Competency session in  for a corporate multinational in Sydney, representing one of the 63 branches of this insurance giant, Swiss Re

This presentation on Cross Cultural Awareness was attended my staff and management, themselves representing a diverse multicultural cohort. 

I was buoyed to see a commitment to affirming diversity training at this level of industry. This engagement actually challenged my stereotypes and availed me to an emerging sector of professionals more self aware and adept at bridging divides. 

Beyond the rhetoric of social inclusion, was a demonstrated attempt to acknowledge existing diversity and enhance earning opportunities.
