Next Tuesday I look forward to speaking on this panel as part of the La Trobe University’s Ideas and Society series. While the question ‘Has racism in contemporary Australia entered the political mainstream?’ may appear rhetorical to some, to me it is anything but contemporary, with its origins enshrined since colonisation.
